핵심 요약 쿠폰북에는 회원가입·로그인이 없고, 운영자가 운영하는 서버도 없습니다. 입력한 모든 정보(업체, 쿠폰, 메모, 사용 내역, 선택적으로 저장한 위치 좌표)는 사용자의 기기 안에만 저장되며 운영자는 이를 수집하거나 전송받지 않습니다. 무료 버전에는 Google 광고(웹: AdSense, 앱: AdMob)가 표시될 수 있으며, 이 과정에서 Google이 기기 식별자나 광고 상호작용 정보를 사용할 수 있습니다(아래 ‘광고’ 항목).

1. 사용자가 입력하는 정보 (기기 안에만 저장)

업체명·카테고리·주소·전화번호
이용권 종류(도장판·횟수권·금액권), 총량·사용량, 만료일, 메모, 쿠폰/멤버십 코드
도장 적립·사용 내역(시각, 메모). 2026-10-13 이전 버전에서는 위치 권한을 허용한 경우 사용 당시 좌표도 함께 기록됐으며, 이 기록 역시 기기 안에만 있습니다.

위 정보는 기기의 로컬 저장소(브라우저/앱 내부의 IndexedDB)에 저장됩니다. 앱은 저장소가 비워지는 상황에 대비해 같은 내용을 앱 내부 전용 영역(iOS: 앱 데이터 컨테이너, 웹: 브라우저 저장소)에 자동 보관본으로 한 벌 더 기록합니다. 어느 것도 외부로 전송되지 않으며, 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.

2. 위치 정보 (선택)

위치 권한은 다음 기능을 사용자가 직접 켜거나 누를 때만 요청되며, 사용 중에만(‘앱을 사용하는 동안’) 접근합니다.

위치는 기기 안에서만 계산·표시되며 운영자에게 전송되지 않습니다. 권한을 거부해도 위치 기능을 제외한 모든 기능을 그대로 쓸 수 있고, 기기 설정에서 언제든 권한을 바꿀 수 있습니다.

3. 알림

만료 임박 알림(D-7·D-3·D-1)과 근처 알림은 기기 안에서 예약·표시되는 로컬 알림입니다. 푸시 서버를 사용하지 않으며 알림 토큰도 수집하지 않습니다. 알림 권한은 사용자가 ‘만료 알림’을 켤 때만 요청됩니다.

4. 백업 파일

‘백업 파일 내보내기’는 사용자가 직접 실행할 때만 JSON 파일을 만들며, 파일은 사용자가 고른 위치(iOS: 파일 앱의 ‘쿠폰북’ 폴더 또는 공유 시트로 보낸 곳, Android: 다운로드 폴더, 웹: 브라우저 다운로드)에만 저장됩니다. 운영자는 백업 파일을 받지 않습니다.

5. 광고 (무료 버전)

무료 버전에는 Google 광고가 표시될 수 있습니다 — 웹사이트는 Google AdSense, iOS/Android 앱은 Google AdMob입니다. 광고 게재 과정에서 Google과 그 파트너는 기기 광고 식별자, IP 주소에 기반한 대략적인 위치, 광고 상호작용 정보를 수집·사용할 수 있습니다. 이는 광고 게재에 한정된 것으로, 앱이 사용자가 입력한 쿠폰 정보를 광고 사업자에게 전달하는 일은 없습니다.

iOS 앱 추적 투명성(ATT): iOS 앱은 첫 광고를 불러오기 전에 추적 허용 여부를 묻습니다. ‘앱에 추적 금지 요청’을 선택하면 광고 식별자(IDFA)에 접근하지 않고 비맞춤(일반) 광고만 표시됩니다. 설정 › 개인정보 보호 및 보안 › 추적에서 언제든 바꿀 수 있습니다.

6. 외부 서비스와의 통신

다음 기능은 표준 웹 요청(IP 주소·브라우저 정보가 포함됨)을 외부 서비스에 보냅니다.

운영자는 별도의 분석·추적 도구(애널리틱스, 크래시 리포팅 등)를 사용하지 않습니다.

7. 보관 및 삭제

데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 기기에 보관됩니다. 앱의 ‘모든 데이터 삭제’, 앱 삭제, 또는 브라우저 데이터 삭제로 완전히 제거되며, 백업 파일은 사용자가 직접 관리합니다. 운영자에게는 삭제를 요청할 데이터 자체가 없습니다.

8. 아동

이 서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 누구의 개인정보도 수집하지 않습니다.

9. 변경

방침이 바뀌면 이 페이지의 ‘최종 업데이트’ 날짜를 갱신합니다. 중요한 변경은 앱 안에서도 안내합니다.

In short Coupon Book has no accounts, no sign-in and no server run by us. Everything you enter (shops, coupons, notes, usage history and any location you choose to save) stays on your device; we never collect or receive it. The free version may show Google ads (AdSense on the website, AdMob in the apps), and Google may use device identifiers or ad-interaction data for that (see “Advertising”).

1. Information you enter (stored on your device only)

Shop name, category, address, phone number
Pass type (stamp card, session pass, prepaid amount), totals and usage, expiry date, notes, coupon/membership code
Stamp and usage history (time and note). Versions before 2026-10-13 also recorded the position at the time of use when location permission was granted; those records likewise stay on your device.

This data lives in the device’s local storage (IndexedDB inside the browser/app). To survive storage being cleared, the app also keeps an automatic copy in its private app area (iOS: the app’s data container; web: browser storage). Nothing is transmitted anywhere, and everything is deleted with the app.

2. Location (optional)

Location permission is requested only when you use one of these features, and only while the app is in use:

Showing your position and distances on the Map tab
Tapping “Save current location” while adding or editing a pass
Checking whether you are near a saved shop, if you turned on “nearby alerts” in Settings

Location is processed and displayed on the device only and is never sent to us. If you decline, every feature except the location ones keeps working, and you can change the permission in device settings at any time.

3. Notifications

Expiry reminders (D-7 · D-3 · D-1) and nearby alerts are local notifications scheduled and shown on the device. There is no push server and no notification token is collected. Permission is requested only when you turn reminders on.

4. Backup files

“Export backup” creates a JSON file only when you run it, and the file goes only where you choose (iOS: the “Coupon Book” folder in Files or the share sheet destination; Android: Downloads; web: browser download). We never receive backup files.

5. Advertising (free version)

The free version may show Google ads — Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the iOS/Android apps. To serve ads, Google and its partners may collect and use the device advertising identifier, an approximate location derived from the IP address and ad-interaction data. This is limited to ad serving; the app never shares the coupon data you enter with any advertising provider.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS): the iOS app asks for tracking permission before the first ad request. If you choose “Ask App Not to Track”, the advertising identifier (IDFA) is not accessed and only non-personalized ads are shown. You can change this any time under Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

6. Connections to external services

These features make standard web requests (which include your IP address and browser information) to third parties:

We use no analytics, crash reporting or other tracking tools.

7. Retention and deletion

Data stays on your device until you delete it: use “Delete all data” in the app, delete the app, or clear browser data. Backup files are yours to manage. There is nothing held by us that could be deleted on request.

8. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (under 14 in Korea), and it collects no personal information from anyone.

9. Changes

When this policy changes, the “Last updated” date above is revised; significant changes are also announced in the app.
